Four-Star Rating on Charity Navigator
For the fourth consecutive year, we have been awarded a four-star rating by Charity Navigator, an organization that evaluates charities based on fiscal management, and commitment to accountability and transparency. As stated by Charity Navigator, receiving the four-star award “indicates that [Leader Dogs for the Blind] adheres to good governance and other best practices that minimize the chance of unethical activities and consistently executes its mission in a fiscally responsible way.”
Charity Navigator awards a four-star rating to only about 25% of the charities evaluated by the organization.
